Volunteers
Would you like to help mentor a woman in need? We are always looking for community leaders that care and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Complete an application to be considered. We will provide training and support.
Volunteers need to complete an application and a background check and complete an interview..
H.O.P.E Case Management
Your case manager will meet with you to
help you make goals to move you towards
your future. Programs are already in place in
our county to assist you with food, housing,
transportation, health and dental services,
employment, parenting education and
therapy. We will assist you with completing
applications and continued support.
Health Homes
Health Homes is not a place but a free
Medicare/Medicaid program that Health
Care Authority manages. If you are eligible,
these services are care coordination
supporting you in being healthier and/or
maintaining your chronic illnesses. This
program is by referral only.
